Welcome to the Neighbourhood! To add a Community Event it is necessary to become a member and join the ‘Neighbourhood’.

The Neighbourhood sign up is a one off verification step. Your Neighbourhood information is not displayed in your notice. Importantly the information is secured and is not passed to any third party.
CNB is a free service supporting the many community activities of our region. Business notices offering services, employment etc. must be of a community benefit and clearly identify the business name and a description of the offer.
All notices are displayed at the discretion of NBN Online.
Easy Steps to add your Community Notice:
1) Join the Neighbourhood if you have not done so already.
2) Select 'Add a Community event' or go to Community Notice board section and login in with your e-mail address ( the same one that was submitted in the Neighbourhood join up form) and password.
3) Complete the CNB form remembering that the information and image entered will be displayed on the web site.
Please note when completing the form:
# Region : Must be completed. Either select your local region or All Regions if your event/notice might be relevant to people outside of your local region.
# Date : Must be completed This is the date of the event. The event / notice will be displayed up to and including this date.
# Time : Must be completed. Multiple times can be entered. If no specific time then simply add text information e.g. "Call Now", "On Now' or "Contact below"
# Contact : Add the event / venue address and any other relevant contact details e.g. Phone, Fax, E-mail, Website.
4) If you would like to use an image or logo please remember to keep them small. Images are restricted to a maximum 30kb file size in either GIF or JPEG format.
5) Click 'Add'
6) You will be notified by e-mail upon approval of your notice as well when it has expired.
Request your notice to be read on NBN's Community Noticeboard.
Some things you need to know:
(a) Notices need to be submitted at least 3 business weeks before the event.
(b) Due to air time constraints, only a selection of notices will be telecast.
(c) When completing the 'On Air Text' please limit to 45 words or less.
(d) Please do not include any contact information in 'On Air Text' section,
e.g. Phone numbers, personal names, web or e-mail addresses.
We use the information already entered in the 'Contact Details' section of the notice.
